Processing Times

• Bespoke and remodelled pieces have individual production timelines, which will be discussed and confirmed during the design process.

  For Foundation Collection made-to-order pieces, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post secure, trackable services. This service includes:
  -Unique identification number
  -Proof of posting via lodgement over the counter at a Post Office
  -Tracking number
  -Signature on Delivery
  -Optional Extra Cover insurance.

Risk & Responsibility

• Once lodged & dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Insurance

• Should you wish to add Australia Post Extra Cover, this can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $130.
