Design Process

  • All custom projects require approval before production begins.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time due to fluctuations in material costs.

Payments

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to commence bespoke work.
  • Payments are non-refundable once production has started.

Client-Supplied Materials

  • You acknowledge the risks associated with using existing jewellery, including potential damage, gemstone fragility, or metal fatigue.
  • We reserve the right to decline working with materials deemed unsuitable.

Timelines

  • Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and may vary due to the handmade nature of our work.

Disclaimer

All custom remodelling and redesign pieces are created using the client’s own jewellery and/or gemstones supplied to us. Clients are responsible for sending or delivering their items to our studio before production can commence.

Please note that all example images shown on our website are intended as visual references only. Final results may vary depending on the size, shape, condition, colour, proportions, and characteristics of the stones and materials provided. Each piece is individually crafted, making every result unique.

We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary to ensure the structural integrity, wearability, and overall finish of the final piece.

Client Care & Acknowledgement

At the heart of our work is a deep respect for the sentiment and significance behind every piece entrusted to us. We approach each item with the highest level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

By leaving your jewellery with us for assessment, repair, or remodelling, you acknowledge that existing pieces may carry natural wear, hidden vulnerabilities, or the effects of previous workmanship. While we carefully assess each item and communicate any visible risks, not all characteristics can be identified prior to commencing work.

As a result, there may be rare instances where certain processes are not possible, or where unforeseen changes or damage may occur during the course of work.

By proceeding, you authorise us to undertake the agreed services with care and expertise. You understand and accept that outcomes are influenced by the inherent condition of each piece, and that we cannot accept responsibility for matters arising from pre-existing conditions beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed.
