Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Every piece is bespoke, made to order, or remodelled from a client's existing jewellery, making it uniquely yours.

Designed to be worn, treasured and passed on, every Old Mine piece is made to the highest standard. Regular care and gentle cleaning will help preserve its beauty and brilliance over time. We recommend an annual inspection to ensure all settings remain secure.

Every Old Mine piece is individually handcrafted to order by our master jewellers in Australia. This considered approach allows us to create jewellery with exceptional attention to detail.

Production times vary depending on the design and will be displayed on each product page.

Once complete, every piece undergoes a final quality inspection before being beautifully presented in our signature Old Mine packaging and prepared for secure dispatch.

All orders are shipped complimentary express with tracking, and require a signature on delivery.
