A natural heart-cut garnet, paired with a pavé diamond heart in a playful two-tone design.

The Pavé Double Heart Earrings bring together rich red garnet, bright natural diamonds and contrasting gold. The garnet is bezel set in white gold, while the lower heart is pavé set with diamonds in yellow gold, creating a softly sculpted drop design.
